Free templates
The template preview fills prewritten text in your browser. Your details and edits are not sent to an AI provider or saved in our database. Leaving or reloading clears the page; copied text remains in your clipboard.
Personalized replies
When enabled, your submitted message, practical details, and goal are sent to OpenAI to generate drafts. Remove names, addresses, school names, and other identifying information first. We request processing without saved response history. This does not mean that no provider security or abuse-monitoring retention applies.
We do not save the message text or generated drafts in our application database, or send their content to Stripe or advertising platforms. Your draft stays in the current page until you leave or reload.
Account and purchase information
The public preview does not ask you to register or provide payment details. Before purchases open, we will explain how your purchase email and access links connect you to your products. Payment processing will be provided by Stripe; our site will not collect your card number.
Hosting and measurement
Hosting and payment providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. This version has no advertising pixel or behavioral analytics installed. Any future advertising measurement will be documented before activation.
Retention and requests
Purchase and account records may need to be retained for support, fraud prevention, and applicable accounting obligations. The final retention schedule depends on the confirmed operator jurisdiction and will be published before sales open. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Not for emergencies or sensitive records
Replystead is writing assistance for ordinary arrangements. Do not upload court documents, medical records, financial account information, or identifying information about children. It cannot determine whether a situation or message is safe.
