The product

Reply With Clarity provides writing assistance for adults handling routine co-parenting arrangements. The planned package is $49 USD for 30 successful draft requests. Each request provides brief, neutral, and firm versions. It includes the downloadable reply cards and quick-start guide. There is no recurring subscription or automatic refill.

Your access and credits

Personalized customer access is not yet available. Access and delivery details will be published before purchases open. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed. Failed or out-of-scope generations do not consume credits. Editing and copying an existing draft do not consume credits. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to send messages. There is no scheduled credit expiration while the service operates.

Review before sending

Automated drafts can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Check facts, dates, tone, and any existing agreements before using them. You decide whether and what to send. We do not send messages for you, guarantee another person's response, or promise relationship or legal outcomes.

Scope

This is not legal advice, therapy, medical advice, crisis support, or a safety assessment. Do not use it to decide custody, interpret court orders, respond to threats or abuse, or manage emergencies. Use appropriate personal or professional support for those situations.

Refund requests

Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. A full refund removes the credits associated with that purchase; a partial refund removes the corresponding proportion, rounded up. If credits were already used, your balance may be reduced to reflect the refunded purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not submit private identifying information about children, payment details, unlawful material, threats, or instructions to manipulate or harass another person. Do not share access, resell access, or attempt to bypass payment or usage controls.

Service availability

Availability depends on our hosting and processing providers. If a technical problem affects a paid request or your balance, contact support using your purchase reference. Keep a copy of drafts you need; this version does not provide a saved-message history.
